Hervey Bay and Fraser Island

Fraser Island is world heritage listed and boasts stunning clear blue lakes, lush rainforest, wildlife, huge sand dunes, and there's even a natural spa pool! You can access Fraser Island from the mainland of Australia at Hervey Bay or further south from Rainbow Beach. Tours can also be packaged from Brisbane to make it even easier! If you roll in to Hervey Bay between August and October you will also find whales playing in the bay, it is one of the best spots in Oz for whale watching!
